Flyers, Offering Memoranda and Broker Opinions of Value

Using Kidder Mathews templates and content provided by brokers, I create materials for brokers to present to clients and potential buyers.

This includes formatting text and data, selecting, cropping, editing and labeling photos, finding and editing resources such as stock photos, property photos, maps, aerials, and obliques, and creating graphs and charts.

EFLYERS

I make and distribute eflyers for newsletters and specific properties based on information provided by brokers, using Kidder Mathews templates, ensuring they are cohesive with the property’s other marketing materials.

Diagrams

I create visuals for marketing materials, including remaking site plans and diagrams that do not meet Kidder Mathews brand standards.

 Photo Editing

I edit photos to show properties in their best light. I make changes that improve surroundings such as replacing the sky so it looks like the picture was taken on a sunny day, or “tidying” to make it look like the tenant cleaned their space before it was photographed. I do not remove realities of the properties, such as removing phone lines or fixing cracks or stains.
